SOGTW compete at North East Colleges Disabilities League

On Wednesday 1st March 2017, our football team of Gary Cringle, Mark Card, Lee Marshall, Paul Wilkinson, Terry Jennings, Mark Proctor, Gavin Connolly and Dan Wood played in the North East Colleges Disabilities League at the Lightfoot Stadium in Walker. A traditionally hard set of fixtures, we had a mixed bag of results, winning 3-1 (with Mark Proctor scoring a hat-trick) and drawing 2-2 against Tyne Met’s second team and losing two matches to Newcastle College 2-1 and 3-2. Well done guys.
